Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 33 % of the total cost.

Note:

1. Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Filippos Apartments & Studios” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.
   A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
2. The deposit must be received by “Filippos Apartments & Studios” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department (in case of payment by credit card it must be at the same time that the online reservation is requested).
3. Confirmation of the deposit made by bank transfer (on cases that this option is provided to the guest) should also be forwarded to “Filippos Apartments & Studios” reservations by email.

Refunds

In case that there are no other specific stricter terms regarding refunds set by us through a written email offer, the below general terms are applied.

For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:

Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 31 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Filippos Apartments & Studios” reservation’s department.

Note:

1. 100% of the deposit is refunded.
2. Accepted notices are by email.

100% cancellation fee:

A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 30 days from the date of check in.

Note:

1. No refund to the deposit is refunded.

* In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to ‘’Filippos Apartments & Studios’’ by the customer (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Balance of Deposit

The balance to the booking is made at ‘’Filippos Apartments & Studios’’ prior to the departure date.

Remarks

Check out time is 10:30. Customers occupying the room till 18:00 o’clock if it is available, are charged with an extra 50 % on room rate. After 18:00 o’clock a full room rate is charged to the customer.

Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
